Early in my adult life, I realized that I wanted to pursue a professional path which allowed me to not only problem solve, but work in the service of others. There is no greater reward than having someone say, “Thank you so much, Julia. We could not have done it without you!”

Originally from South Africa, I moved to Charlotte in 1986. While in North Carolina, I attended Charlotte Country Day, Elon University and graduated from Appalachian State with a Special Education Degree, a Bachelors degree in Outdoor Recreational Management and a minor in Studio Art. I will never forget the years I spent working with children with special needs, as they had a profound impact on my life.

In the late 1990s, I moved back to South Africa and embarked on a journey as a Corporate Sales Consultant for a company with over 85 health clubs. It was then that I learned the art of multi-tasking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In 2000, my husband and I moved to Ireland and I spent the next 9 years raising our 3 children. If I didn’t know how to multi-task before, I certainly learned it then.

In 2009, our family packed up for a final time and moved back to Charlotte. I was drawn to the growth and development of the area and soon was pursuing real estate with a passion. After so many years of searching for “my niche,” I finally felt as though I had found my calling.

For most people, there will be no other event in their lives which will produce such equal parts of fear and joy as buying a home. Knowing that I have a role in such an important transition in my client’s life is incredibly rewarding. My goals are simple.

I endeavor to:

    My role is to not only be a resource to my clients, but provide leadership to a team of like-minded, purpose-driven real estate professionals. I envision the continuing growth of what is quickly becoming a progressive, boutique real estate firm.
